DESCRIPTION:

BISAN series MAG-125 is Powerful l Arm Cortex micro-controller ( PSoc) based full-bore type electromagnetic flow meters specially used for various industrial applications. These flow meters accurately measure the flow rate of conductive liquids & slurries in closed pipes. Due to its simple & rigid design, the flow meter is an obstruction-less & maintenance-free instrument in place of conventional mechanical flow measuring devices. The use of 'Pulsed DC' technology offers highest ability & better measuring accuracy in the form of electrical signal.

4-20 mA Analog / pulse output linearly proportional to flow rate.

The instrument is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The instrument in the flow tube generates a magnetic field. The fluid flowing through this magnetic field generates a voltage that is proportional to the flow velocity. Corresponding electrical output is provided with respect to measuring flow range.

Plastic Paddle Wheel Flow Sensor (PW-411)
General description: -

PW -411 is Paddle wheel flowmeters Polymer Body Flow sensor suitable for clear liquid application. Being light weight and compact, Installation is easiest, consist of three primary components: the paddle wheel sensor, the pipe fitting and the display/controller. The paddle wheel sensor consists of a freely rotating wheel/impeller with embedded magnets which are perpendicular to the flow and will rotate when inserted in the flowing medium. As the magnets in the blades spin past the sensor, the paddle wheel meter generates a frequency and voltage signal which is proportional to the flow rate. The faster the flow the higher the frequency and the voltage output.

The paddle wheel meter is designed to be inserted into a pipe fitting, either ‘in-line’ or insertion style. These are available with wide range of fittings styles, connection methods and materials such as Upvc, polypropylene, MS, and stainless steel .These fittings include Tees, with specific Weld Ends, Thread Ends or Flange Ends and Weldon Adaptor.
